IDology’s services are integrated with Arcot’s WebFort Versatile Authentication and RiskFort Risk Assessment solutions and are used for both initial verification during an account opening process and also when different high risk situations occur. Arcot WebFort VAS manages the authentication lifecycle. For initial verification and identity vetting, WebFort calls IDology’s Expect ID and Expect ID IQ to verify someone is who they say they are using knowledge-based questions and answers obtained from multiple sources. Then, during login or online transaction, RiskFort assesses and analyzes any potential risk to detect suspicious activity and prevent online fraud. Based on the Risk Score from RiskFort and an organization’s policies, WebFort can invoke the IDology ExpectID product suite to authenticate the user with knowledge-based authentication. Combining IDology’s solution with Arcot’s services offers Enterprises a complete end-to-end authentication solution to manage the entire lifecycle of a consumer relationship.
